What is your refund policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. The item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will need to complete our contact form or email us on bubsandbeyond25@gmail.com to start your refund process.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you will need to provide proof of this and we will send you out a replacement.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Made-to-Order & Personalised Items
Some of our products are made to order or personalised specifically for you. These items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Please ensure all details (such as sizes, colours, spelling, or custom instructions) are correct before placing your order.
We’re not a big company – we’re just two sisters who are mums ourselves, building something we truly care about. Every product we create is something we’d genuinely use with our own children, and we put real thought into making sure it’s both meaningful and useful. How long do made-to-order items take?
We aim to create and dispatch our orders as soon as possible but sometimes depending on the amount of orders we have (and still being mums ourselves!), this may take up to 2 weeks.
