Stay & Play!

Please read before booking:

• Thank you for booking a place at our Stay & Play event. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Booking A completed booking form and full payment are required to secure your place. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booking is confirmed only once you have received confirmation from us. 2. Adult Supervision All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (aged 18 or over) at all times during the event. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child's behaviour, safety, and wellbeing throughout the session. 3. Health & Medical Information You must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking. While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate individual needs, attendance is at your own discretion and responsibility. We provide biscuits and squash during the stay and play and also some of our tuff tray activities contain food. So please be aware of this at the time of booking if you or your children have any allergies.  4. Illness Please do not attend if you or your child has experienced vomiting, diarrhoea, a fever, or any contagious illness within the previous 48 hours. If a participant becomes unwell during the event, we may ask you to leave to protect the health of others. 5. Safety Please follow all instructions given by event staff. Children must use play equipment appropriately and only under adult supervision. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others. 6. Personal Belongings Personal belongings are brought to the event at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. 7. Photography & Video Photographs or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for you or your child to appear in photographs or videos, please inform us before the event begins. Personal photography by attendees should respect the privacy of other families. 8. Cancellations & Refunds If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are provided at our discretion unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or refund will be offered where appropriate. 9. Liability Participation in the Stay & Play event is at your own risk. We will take reasonable care to provide a safe environment; however, we accept no liability for injuries, losses, or damages except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 10. Data Protection Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for administering the event and communicating with you regarding your booking. Your information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without your consent unless required by law. 11. Changes to the Event We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, activities, venue, or staffing where necessary. 12. Agreement By booking a place at our Stay & Play event, you confirm that: - You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions. - You agree to abide by them. - You accept responsibility for any child attending with you. - The information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
